Ian has over forty years’ experience working in the construction industry as Estimator, Quantity Surveyor and latterly as Commercial Director at Appledorn. Responsible for the contract administration and financial aspects of the business ensuring a smooth transition from initial pricing through to completion of the project.
Gareth takes on overall responsibility for the delivery of all Appledorn projects ensuring project programming, delivery, regulatory and quality assurance compliance are adhered to. Also responsible for Appledorn’s Health & Safety policies and compliance, along with advising our clients on Care Home compliance issues.
Howard has been involved in the development of care homes since the early 1990s, managing the design, construction and other building works on over 200 projects throughout the UK. Skilled in development planning, negotiations, operations management and has a strong focus on customer service.
