If you are considering purchasing or disposing of an asset we produce a full ‘nuts and bolts’ appraisal of the existing property. We will look at how the building has been maintained and identify any shortfalls along with associated remedial costs.
We also check the service registers and agreements on the plant – for instance; “When was the lift last serviced?” And “How much has been spent on the lift over the last few years?”. We will produce a Cap ex plan for suggested implementation over the next four years. All our works will be separately costed so as our customer, you will get an understanding of liabilities or costs.
