Gareth Rogers, Construction Director.
As Construction Director at Appledorn, Gareth works on projects from Scotland down to the South Coast of England. His daily responsibilities include facilities management, with tasks such as; planning proactive & reactive maintenance, Health and Safety & fire risk assessment coordination, as well as ensuring that out of hours procedures are in place.
Along with the above, Gareth also works on new build and refurbishment projects. Covering project design coordination, regulatory compliance approval and quality assurance pre-project handover, to name just a few.
Prior to working at Appledorn, Gareth gained his HNC at York College, graduating in 2009.
